INSANITY, Day 3, Cardio Power + Resistance

aka…….SHOOT ME.

This warm-up was harder….same thing though…a circuit of exercises, three times, and progressively faster each time.  

The good thing about this workout?  He spreads out the workouts…so you’ll work the upper body, then do leg workouts, you have some water breaks.  ’

The hardest part of this workout?  EFFING POWER JUMPS…youtube it…they SUCK.  You move into globe jumps, moving push-ups, some killer tricep work.  This is an amazing workout, but rest is available.  

I felt good during this workout.  I felt strong.  I felt like I was getting into better shape and I was more motivated.  The warm-up really motivates you since you are DRIPPING sweat by the end of it.  It makes you think, yeah….I am getting in shape and working my ass off!

I can’t think about my workout before I do it.  I can’t dwell over it.  If it pops into my head to do it, I have to do it.  If I think about, 101 excuses will come up as to why now is not a good time.  I did it.  No expectations!

I do have one secret………………..I skipped Wednesday!!! :(  But it’s okay!  I did Wednesday’s workout today and I will simply skip my rest day on Sunday.  I WILL!  Mark MY WORD.  Hold me accountable.  Somebody?
