INSANITY, Day 3, Cardio Power + Resistance
aka…….SHOOT ME. This warm-up was harder….same thing though…a circuit of exercises, three times, and progressively faster each time.   The good thing about this workout?  He spreads out the workouts…so you’ll work the upper body, then do leg workouts, you have some water breaks.  ’ The hardest part of this workout?  EFFING POWER JUMPS…youtube...

Day 2, INSANITY, Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Well…I did it.  I woke up at 7am on Tuesday AM and I completed Day 2: Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  It wasn’t easy, I’ll tell you that.  However, I felt AMAZING the entire day.  I just love knowing that I’ve already completed my workout. Working out hard in the morning truly does set the tone for your entire day.  I wanted to eat healthier and really watch what I was putting...
